the favorite salad

sautee 3-5 cloves of garlic, add brown rice and fry. Add a lot of salt

Use any kind of vegan protein
ex: kidney beans
pinto beans
fried tofu
fried gluten
black beans
black eyed peas
chickpeas


toss this over greens:

ex: spinach
romaine
cabbage


add cilantro and onion and any other vegetables like carrots, cucumber or tomatoes
