ampalaya with egg

sautee garlic, onion and ginger in oil

set aside

scramble two eggs

add tomato and ampalaya
season with salt, powdered chicken seasoning and pepper

 

winnie's tofu adobo

sautee garlic, onion in oil

add cubed (tiny) firm tofu
brown

add soy sauce, kalamansi soy sauce, salt, ginger and pepper

 

fried cauliflower, mushrooms or onion rings

batter has cornbread, white flour, water, salt and onion powder. could even add powdered chicken seasoning.

serve with a hamburger

mcdonalds cheeseburger

healthy style:

griller prime: toast in toaster 4 times
toast wheat buns 1 time

american cheese kraft singles, dill pickles, mustard and ketchup

serve with fries

 

pancit

pancit n oodles in orange plastic
4 cups of water
2 boillon cubes
1 goya orange package
cabbage
celery
carrots
garlic
onion
cubed fried tofu

brown garlic and onion in oil. Add water and all seasonings. let boil.
add pancit noodles. put all vegetables in last. add extra water and put on medium. cover for 10 minutes to cook vegetables. add fried tofu last

salt to taste
serve with fried garlic, lime and soy sauce

can replace chicken with tofu
