bread with olive oil

bake bread from kroger (sourdough)
mix thyme, salt, garlic (brown fried minced), basil, oregano, olive oil, pepper

 

pasta penne with chicken or fri chick

boil penne pasta in chicken broth and some oil

saute garlic and onion
add either prefried frichick or slided chicken breast
add basil and oregano or italian seasoning
add vegetables like broccoli florets, red pepper, mushrooms
add pasta and toss with a little soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and olive oil

 

lentils

soak bag of lentils overnight

one whole bushel of garlic
diced carrots
diced celery
thyme
bay leaf
1 tablespoon salt


sautee garlic in oil
add diced carrots and celery
add 4 bay leaves
add 1 tsp thyme
add 1 tablespoon salt
cover with water
boil once and cover
simmer for 30 min

chicken adobo

ing:
1 cup soy sauce
5 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 big onion
2 slices fresh ginger or 6 dashes of ginger powder
5 bay leaves
6 drumsticks
salt and pepper ( 6 dashes)
1 Huge potato or 2 regular sized potatoes cut into large cubes

preheat oven to 350

put all ingredients in a baking pan in foil and cover with foil
bake at 350 for 40 minutes
reduce heat to 150 bake at 10 minutes

heat oil on stove
on high heat, put all ingredients in pot
cover until potatoes are tender
you can add water if it gets too dry or it is too salty
you can add instant adobo mix if it is not flavorful enough
