coconut green beans over fried tilapia served with garlic rice

Fry tilapia separately with salt and pepper

sautee garlic, onion, add green beans (cut into one inch slices) salt and the fattiest coconut milk canned

when cooked put mixture on top of fried tilapia

Serve on a bed of garlic rice (rice fried with a whole clove of garlic and salt to taste)
