chicken with pasta

you can use any kind of pasta, thinner better. like angel hair or the asian mart's noodles

boil chicken to thaw straight from fridge
In a separate pot, boil pasta

sautee garlic and onion,
you can add any vegetable. some good choices are green beans (cut up small) or brocolli, mushrooms, slivered carrots

add chicken and then add salt, pepper, basil, braggs soy sauce.

 

honey barbeque chicken marinades

two marinades possible

combo of soy sauce, honey and garlic

or equal parts ketchup, soy sauce and brown sugar

 

auntie raci's beef

use philly cheese steak beef. cook with bell pepper and white onions.
serve with rice

also, possiblity- philly cheese steak with toasted french bread, sautee mixture of red/green bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, serve with mozarrella or swiss cheese

 

mom's beef

marinade overnight

beef
garlic (alot--big difference)
soy sauce
lemon/limes
brown sugar
black pepper


before frying, dry with paper towel
