vegetarian chicken fajitas

serve with salsa from taco cabana, taco cabana flour tortillas, fresh squeezed lime, and sliced avocado


Use the morning star chicken strips and frozen peppers/onions

thaw both. drain water from peppers/onions

marinade chicken strips in chicken fajita seasoning (generous amount), creole seasoning, and extra black pepper

dice garlic

heat skillet in corn oil or vegetable until very hot, throw in fresh onions and garlic, then frozen peppers, until everything is grilled

In a separate pan, do the same thing with the chicken strips

put chicken strips, grilled peppers and onions in flour tortilla. top with slice of avocado, squeezed lime and salsa and enjoy!
