lisa's tilapia and swiss chard

thaw frozen tilipia by soaking in water

pat salt and pepper (cover entirely)
pan fry high heat grapeseed oil till brown and crispy!
You can also cut tilapia in pieces before frying for crispier pieces

Swiss chard- use like spinach. sautee in olive oil, onion and garlic.
