dad's mongo patties

Boil mongo. It should be fully cooked but it should still remain whole and not mashy. Drain water.

1 cup cooked mongo
1/2 cup floor
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
2 stems of sliced green onion leaves
salt or tayo to taste

Combine abovementioned ingredients. See to it that floor and mongo bind in a consistgency of playing clay toy. Form like meat balls then press it against your palm forming a mini hotcake. Deep fry.
