mom's gluten and onions

wash out the gluten and soak for a few hours with water to get out taste

marinade for a couple hours with:
diced fresh garlic (the more the better)
lime
silver swan soy sauce
black pepper
brown sugar

taste it and make sure it is more sweet than salty or tangy. it is sweet and garlicy with a hint of tang and saltiness

fry with a generous amount of oil till brown and fully cooked.
Lastly add yellow onion (big round pieces) don't fully cook onions.


serve with white rice and cut up cherry tomatoes
