Jacki's dill lemon tilapia
Super simple!
thaw tilapia and then make them completely bone dry by patting them with several paper towels.
Pan fry in 1 tbsp whipped butter adding salt and pepper, fresh dill until browned on both sides.
right before serving, squeeze the juice of a lemon.
Serve with rice and veggies. or just pineapple salsa
