Honey barbeque gluten or chicken
Marinade overnight and bake or fry
Marinade: (equal parts)
olive oil
Honey/brown sugar
Silver Swan Soy sauce
Garlic powder
If making gluten, make sure to soak in water overnight to get rid of original flavoring

Herb-Crusted Salmon
Ing:
parmesan
Garlic powder
Onion powder
italian seasoning
Olive oil
Seasalt
black pepper
lemon to serve
1. Thaw salmon.
2. Grease foil and place on cookie sheet.
3. Sprinkle foil with seasalt.
4. Place salmon on foil and spray salmon with olive oil.
5. Season heavily with garlic powder, onion powder and italion seasoning.
6. Lift edges of foil to cover salmon and bake for 1o minutes.
7. After baking for ten minutes, place on top rack and broil until edges of salmon are crisp.
8. Flip over and repeat # 4, 5, and 7.
9. Serve on a plate with lemon wedges.
serve with steamed brocolli and butter on a bed of whole wheat pasta boiled in chicken boullon
