lentils

soak bag of lentils overnight

one whole bushel of garlic
diced carrots
diced celery
thyme
bay leaf
1 tablespoon salt


sautee garlic in oil
add diced carrots and celery
add 4 bay leaves
add 1 tsp thyme
add 1 tablespoon salt
cover with water
boil once and cover
simmer for 30 min
