tofu and kale

sautee garlic, then add onion.
Add cubes of tofu and brown with garlic and onion.
Add braggs soy sauce. cook on high
When browned, add chopped up kale, then tomato. Add half a lime
Season with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper

serve with fried rice- heat oil, add 4-5 cloves of garlic and brown. Add cooked brown rice and sea salt
