thing you need to do is gather your ingredients. You will need four tablespoons of butter and four tablespoons of flour. You will also need salt and pepper to taste and two and a half cups of milk. A large saucepan will also be needed.&lt;br /&gt;   2.&lt;br /&gt;      Step 2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;      Place the four tablespoons of butter in the saucepan and melt on low heat. Once melted, add the flour, salt and pepper. /&gt;Tamarinds are used frequently in both Thai and Indian cooking. In Mexico they're hugely popular and are regularly used to make aguas dulces, or sweet waters. They're also used to make dulces de tamarindo, or tamarind candies. The pods of the tamarind tree are used in this delicious, unique drink. This recipe takes about an hour to prepare and another hour or so to chill. It makes a half gallon. cubes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;preheat oven to 350&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;put all ingredients in a baking pan in foil and cover with foil&lt;br /&gt;bake at 350 for 40 minutes&lt;br /&gt;reduce heat to 150 bake at 10 minutes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;heat oil on stove&lt;br /&gt;on high heat, put all ingredients in pot&lt;br /&gt;cover until potatoes are tender&lt;br /&gt;you can add water if it gets type='text'>Edie's Pasta alla Puttanesca</title><content type='html'>Edie’s Pasta alla Puttanesca Recipe&lt;br /&gt;Olive Oil&lt;br /&gt;1 Onion Diced&lt;br /&gt;2 Cloves of Garlic Minced&lt;br /&gt;1/4 Cup of Red Wine&lt;br /&gt;8 Quartered Regular Black Olives&lt;br /&gt;4-8 Quartered Kalmata Olives.&lt;br /&gt;1 Can of Chopped or Crushed Tomatoes&lt;br /&gt;1/4-1/2 Small Can of Tomato Paste&lt;br /&gt;3 tsp. of Capers. Find these near the olives, pickles, and banana peppers. They look like whole black peppers soaked in brime.&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. of Crushed Chilies. This is the stuff you put on pizza to make it spicy.&lt;br /&gt;Oregano, Salt, Black Pepper, and Parsley&lt;br /&gt;Any pasta of your choice. Please! Try to use something my interesting than just plain-Jane spaghetti!&lt;br /&gt;Cook the pasta normally while making the sauce.&lt;br /&gt;Heat the oil. Then, sauté the onions and garlic with red wine.&lt;br /&gt;Add both olives and sauté.&lt;br /&gt;Add the can of tomatoes.&lt;br /&gt;Mix in the tomato paste. When it starts to boil, switch to low heat and cover. Soak beans overnight or longer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Sautee garlic, onion, cilantro in oil (in that order--you can also add tomato) (on high heat)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Add beans and sautee without water first. (on high heat)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Add water, salt liberally and add three dashes of cayenne pepper. (on high heat)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Let boil once without lid. (High heat) Cover and simmer until cooked. type='text'>Fri-chick pot pie</title><content type='html'>Use about one cup water to keep from burning.&lt;br /&gt;2 cups potatoes diced small&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 cups carrots diced small&lt;br /&gt;1 onion diced small&lt;br /&gt;1 small box frozen peas&lt;br /&gt;add 2 cups diced worthington fri-chick once vegetables are tender&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 cups medium thick white sauce:&lt;br /&gt;3 TB margarine&lt;br /&gt;3 TB flour&lt;br /&gt;3/4 tsp salt&lt;br /&gt;3 tsp mckays chicken seasoning&lt;br /&gt;3 cups soy milk, including liquid from fri-chick&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. melt margarine over low heat in a heavy saucepan. Wooden spoon for stirring is a help&lt;br /&gt;2. Blend in flour, seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth, bubbly.&lt;br /&gt;3. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Bring to boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.&lt;br /&gt;4. Cook until thickened.  (for best flavor cook 10 minutes)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By the time the white sauce is done the vegetables should be ready. Add sauce to vegetable mix. Pour into a 9' by 13' baking dish. type='text'>Made from scratch, overrated! chili recipe, heb fajitas</title><content type='html'>yeah, after seeing what it's like to babysit and have kids around while I'm trying to make dinner, I realized that things made from scratch sometimes, most of the time, take too much time.  Made from scratch is way too overrated. Thaw salmon.&lt;br /&gt;2. Grease foil and place on cookie sheet.&lt;br /&gt;3. Sprinkle foil with seasalt.&lt;br /&gt;4. Place salmon on foil and spray salmon with olive oil.&lt;br /&gt;5. Season heavily with garlic powder, onion powder and italion seasoning.&lt;br /&gt;6. Lift edges of foil to cover salmon and bake for 1o minutes.&lt;br /&gt;7. After baking for ten minutes, place on top rack and broil until edges of salmon are crisp.&lt;br /&gt;8. Flip over and repeat # 4, 5, and 7.&lt;br /&gt;9.
