diet.com's brown rice breakfast

1/2 cup brown rice
1 tbsp almonds or walnuts or pecans
1 tbsp raisins
1/4 cup soy milk or evap
1 tbsp maple syrup
cinnamon
1 tbsp vannilla extract

 

waffles

use waffle iron

replace ing requiring water with evaporated milk and add 1-2 tbsp vanilla and some brown sugar. dust with powdered sugar. serve with whip cream and strawberries or blueberries

vegetarian beef and broccoli

ing:
morning star beef strips
vegetarian/mushroom oyster sauce
frozen broccoli or stir fry mix
onion
garlic
black pepper
salt


sautee onion and garlic, add oyster sauce, then beef strips. brown all ing. lastly, add vegetables salt and lastly , black pepper

serve over brown rice
